Job summary

Morales Professional is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler in White Pigeon, MI to oversee master production scheduling in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role requires coordinating demand, capacity, and inventory to ensure on-time delivery and efficiency.

You will partner with operations, purchasing, engineering, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, while managing daily planning activities and prioritizing production work orders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production planning, scheduling in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience.
• Knowledge of capacity planning and inventory management.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel for reporting and planning.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the master production schedule to support demand and plant capacity.
• Create and release production work orders while balancing priorities across departments.
• Analyze capacity requirements and adjust production plans for throughput and on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and improve accuracy through planning strategies.
• Lead daily production planning activities and coordinate scheduling priorities with leadership.
• Support Lean initiatives, pull systems, and visual inventory management processes.
• Track production performance, shipping metrics, and schedule attainment for improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams during APQP activities and launches.
• Resolve scheduling challenges while maintaining commitments and efficiency.
