Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler - Development Programs to lead IMS for defense and aerospace projects. You will create, coordinate, and maintain schedules for complex proposals and programs, working with program managers, engineering, and external customers.

The role emphasizes EVM integration, DI-MGMT-81861/DCMA practices, and Agile planning of software activities within IMS.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated DoD scheduling experience.
Experience with program planning & scheduling using Microsoft Project or Deltek Open Plan.
Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and schedule analysis.
Experience implementing schedules that adhere to DI-MGMT-81861 guidelines and DCMA 14-point best practices.

Responsibilities

Create, develop, integrate, analyze, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex proposals, projects, programs, and change-driven activities.
Facilitate baseline and change management, schedule integration, processes, and industry best practices across all product development programs.
Create Summary Schedules to effectively communicate and summarize detailed IMS data to leadership and clients.
Interface cross-functionally with multi-discipline teams including program managers, engineering, and external customers.
Advise program managers on product-oriented Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) configurations to facilitate Earned Value Management (EVM) integration and rollup.
Utilize Agile Methodology to plan software development activities and seamlessly integrate them into the overall IMS.
Perform schedule analysis, highlight potential schedule risks, and assist management in meeting program and contractual schedule reporting requirements.
