Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support its Construction Management team. This role leads the development, integration, maintenance, analysis, and communication of design, procurement, and construction schedules for complex capital projects, including programs valued above $100 million.

The Master Scheduler will establish defensible resource- and cost-loaded baselines, validate progress with project and field teams, forecast schedule and cash-flow performance,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience planning and controlling construction projects with Primavera P6.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain integrated CPM schedules for large programs.
• Experience aligning schedule performance with budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and pay apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication for schedule reports and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project scheduling strategy within execution and controls plans.
• Build, status, analyze, and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for all project phases.
• Create resource- and cost-loaded baselines with calendars, logic, and WBS.
• Coordinate with management to align WBS structures, reporting formats, budgets, and cash-flow.
• Lead schedule reviews with leads, field, subcontractors, and clients for alignment.
