Job summary

Unified Business Technologies, Inc. seeks experienced Construction Schedulers to provide schedule analysis and project-controls support for NAVFAC construction programs in Washington.

You will evaluate contractor schedules, develop Integrated Master Schedules, and provide independent analysis to Government project personnel. The role focuses on reviewing baselines, assessing logic, sequencing, durations, critical paths, and progress, and delivering schedule reports and recommendations for

Qualifications

• AACE PSP certification required.
• Minimum 5 years with Engineering or Architectural disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for large programs.
• Experience with Time Impact Analysis and schedule delays.
• Experience with schedule tools like Primavera P6 and Schedule Analyzer.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor baseline and updated schedules.
• Analyze logic, sequencing, durations, critical paths, and progress.
• Identify deficiencies, delays, and conflicts; provide recommendations.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Coordinate interfaces between concurrent projects; perform scenario analysis.
• Review equipment delivery schedules and project progress; provide IMS reports.
