Job summary

Planning & Management Services, Inc. (P&M) seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to join our growing project delivery consulting team in Seattle.

The role involves developing, updating, and analyzing project schedules and coordinating with project managers, owners, designers, contractors, and stakeholders. You will identify schedule risks, support progress reporting, and help project teams make informed decisions to keep complex capital programs moving forward; P&M offers a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Reside in Seattle metro area or willing to relocate.
• P6 Construction Software experience.
• Construction support experience, ability to read drawings, constructability and phasing, activity sequencing.

The Construction Scheduler will develop, update, and analyze project schedules; coordinate with project managers, owners, designers, contractors, and stakeholders; identify schedule risks and impacts; support progress reporting; and help project teams make informed decisions that keep complex capital projects moving forward.
