Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Master Scheduler to translate customer demand into an executable production plan. You will balance capacity, materials, and inventory while coordinating with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to meet commitments.

The role emphasizes solving daily scheduling puzzles, refining plans, and driving schedule attainment in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree preferred and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Research, or related field.
• Experience with highspeed or complex manufacturing planning and scheduling environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop master production schedules based on demand, forecasts, inventory, and capacity.
• Translate requirements into executable production plans for a fast-paced operation.
• Analyze capacity, lead times, material availability, and constraints to mitigate risks.
• Provide monthly schedules and adjust priorities as conditions change.
• Set delivery commitments for make-to-order products based on capacity and materials.
• Maintain finished goods inventory targets and safetystock by product/pack.
• Monitor performance against the schedule and drive improvements with Operations.
• Collaborate with buyers on raw material availability and PO priorities.
• Support S&OP discussions with visibility into demand, capacity, and inventory.
• Keep planning parameters accurate in MRP/ERP systems and report KPIs.
