Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, customer intelligence, and market trends.
  • Align demand plans with operational capacity and financial goals to ensure optimal profitability and resource utilization.
  • Lead weekly SOP meetings, presenting key insights, identifying bottlenecks, and driving actionable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Planners bi‑weekly to review demand changes and finalize release plans, minimizing rescheduling.
  • Balance demand and capacity to optimize asset utilization and order fulfillment.
  • Create and manage a 26‑week rolling site optimization plan and a monthly countdown to revenue attainment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in scheduling and planning processes across all functional areas.
  • Ensure alignment of material procurement with production plans to maintain cost efficiency and delivery performance.
Expectations
  • Exhibit strong leadership and accountability as a member of the SIOP leadership team.
  • Deliver executable and profitable shipment and production plans that meet financial and operational targets.
  • Maintain a demand forecast variance of less than +/-10%.
  • Proactively identify and resolve planning constraints and escalating issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing services or a similar industry.
  • Proven experience in master scheduling, demand planning, or operations management.
  • Strong leadership and cross‑functional team management skills.
  • Expertise in capacity modeling, financial analysis, and corporate budgeting.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and database querying.
  • In‑depth knowledge of MRP systems (preferably Kitron IFS) and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SIOP/SOP processes and tools.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
