Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Master Scheduler for our IC customer in McLean, VA who will plan, schedule, and track CBJB-related project schedules with expert use of MS Project. You will coordinate taskings, prepare briefing books, and support planning and monitoring of project activities aligned with approved work plans and budgets.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, a BA/BS with 10+ years or 24+ years with no degree, and experience managing multiple large projects.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
• Requires a BA/BS and 10+ years of experience, or no degree and 24+ years.
• Experience managing multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Project and other scheduling tools.
• Previous experience supporting the IC Community as a Scheduler.

• Coordinate, prepare, and ensure accurate input for taskings.
• Prepare briefing books and other relevant presentation materials.
• Assist with the tracking of legislative language, program plans,processes, schedules, and digital filing systems as well as internal and external taskings.
• Support in the planning, implementation and monitoring of project activities in line with approved work plans, budgets and quality standards.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
