Job summary

Justice Resource Institute’s Pelham Academy in Massachusetts seeks a Master’s Level Clinician/Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential setting for adolescents. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, with ongoing professional development and supervision to support licensure.

The position offers a supportive multidisciplinary team, licensure assistance, and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work is required.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW) or able to sit for licensure.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts.
• Training in physical interventions and de-escalation will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver individual, group, and family therapy for students.
• Create innovative, individualized treatment plans to support students’ goals.
• Manage a caseload of students and help them develop life skills.
