Join our team as a Master's Level In-Home Clinician/Therapist at Justice Resource Institute.

Who We Are Looking For

Are you the Master’s Level In-Home Clinician/Therapist we’ve been searching for? In this role, you will work with youth to provide community-based mental health services, including family therapy, in-home therapy, and case management.

What We Offer

• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
• Sign-on Bonus: $2,000 paid after 6 months of employment
• Flexible schedule, mostly afternoons and evenings, with optional weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based services like family therapy, in-home therapy, and case management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients
• Develop interventions to support families and prevent hospitalization
• Build therapeutic relationships that are culturally competent and trauma-informed
• Consult with schools and medical providers

Minimum Requirements
