Job summary

Justice Resource Institute seeks a clinician for Walden Street School, a residential program for adolescents. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy within a trauma-informed framework and manage a caseload to help students build life skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW) or eligible to sit for licensure.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license due to transporting students.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Manage a caseload of students to support development of life skills and self-efficacy.
• Develop and implement innovative treatment plans aligned with trauma-informed care.
• Support students in achieving clinical and treatment goals.
