Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting and help shape the development of children aged 18 months to 13 years. You will collect data, implement individualized plans, and grow clinically under supervision.

Eligible candidates are Behavior Technicians or RBTs earning supervision hours, with a clear path to BCBA certification and a structured growth track within our Rising Stars program.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited masters program is required.
• 85% fieldwork hours (1700/2000) must be accrued.
• All Restricted hours must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping minds of children aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Developing clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
