Action Behavior Centers is actively seeking an ABA Student Analyst at Master’s level to join our Rising Stars program. You will provide early intervention in a center-based setting while advancing toward BCBA certification with strong supervision and growth opportunities.

This role emphasizes hands-on data collection, treatment planning, and collaboration with a seasoned BCBA team to ensure high-quality care for children aged 18 months to 13 years.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited master’s program (ABA or related field).
• Has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shape development for children aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with BCBA’s and the team to uphold ABC’s values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week for BDS modules outside direct care.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
