Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to support early intervention therapy in a center-based setting. You will work with children aged 18 months to 13 years, collect data, and implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, while advancing toward BCBA credentials.

You must be enrolled in an accredited master's program and have completed at least 85% of fieldwork hours.

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.
• Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of children aged 18 months to 13 years old.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Develop clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the team to uphold ABC values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
