Job summary

Action Behavior Centers, a premier ABA provider for children with autism, is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to join our Rising Stars program in a center-based setting. This role supports supervision-hour accrual and professional growth toward BCBA certification.

The program includes guaranteed hours, semi-annual wage increases, and a clear leadership track with opportunities to advance within ABC. A pass bonus and tuition discounts are also offered.

Qualifications

• Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
• All Restricted hours completed

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
