Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program.
• Completed required fieldwork hours (85%: 1700/2000 hours).

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping development for children aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Developing clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
