Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, supply chain, operations management, or related field.
• Minimum eight years of combined program management and manufacturing operations experience.
• Minimum five years managing programs directly with cost/schedule/deliverables accountability.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, capacity management, and shop floor execution.
• Experience owning a master production schedule or equivalent planning function.
• Ability to mentor and develop less experienced staff.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master production schedule across multiple programs.
• Maintain a consolidated execution picture for all active programs.
• Own cross-program open item register and drive closure.
• Establish and run program reviews with input from area managers.
• Supervise and develop the facility Program Manager.
• Coach on customer-facing status material prior to release.
• Identify conflicts and present options to Sr. Director.
• Produce and distribute program status communications on schedule.
• Coordinate with ND Defense program managers to reconcile execution status.
• Track milestones against contract requirements and surface deviations.
• Support customer program reviews and internal operations reviews.
• Collaborate with Maintenance on capacity and downtime planning.
• Document program management practices, templates, and standards.
• Recommend improvements to scheduling systems and reporting practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
