Job summary

IKI Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Production Scheduler to join our team in Edgerton, WI. This role coordinates between production, procurement, sales, and logistics to develop and maintain efficient schedules that maximize plant performance and ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven experience in manufacturing planning, with strong analytical and ERP/MRP skills. Onsite work with potential hybrid options is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and adjust the master production schedule to meet customer delivery requirements and optimize plant capacity.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, engineering, and sales teams to gather input and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Analyze demand forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels to determine production needs.
• Identify capacity constraints and recommend solutions to ensure continuous workflow.
• Maintain scheduling data within the ERP system and generate performance reports.
• Lead production planning meetings and communicate schedule changes to departments.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline scheduling processes and increase plant efficiency.

Job Description:

The Production Scheduler at IKI Manufacturing is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the production schedule to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery of products. This role serves as the central point of coordination between production, procurement, sales, and logistics to balance demand and supply effectively. The Master Scheduler will analyze customer orders, forecast requirements, and production capacity to create and manage detailed schedules that support business objectives and maximize operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with ERP/MRP (SAP Business One, LYNQ) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
