Job summary

All In One Home Services is growing its plumbing division and is seeking an experienced Colorado Master Plumber to help build it from the ground up. This hands-on leadership role combines field plumbing work with department development, customer growth, and team building.

You will recruit, hire, train, and mentor plumbers and apprentices, set pricing and standards, and collaborate with ownership to expand the Plumbing Department while maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Master Plumber license.
• Strong hands-on plumbing experience.
• Residential service and repair experience.
• Experience with heavy residential plumbing and light commercial work.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and proper installation practices.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Hold an active Colorado Master Plumber license and serve as AIO's Responsible Master Plumber.
• Perform plumbing service, repairs, installations, diagnostics, and estimates.
• Develop customer relationships and grow the department's customer base.
• Establish plumbing pricing, estimating practices, service procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure plumbing work meets codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Prepare estimates and explain repair options to customers.
• Work with ownership to build systems and processes for the division.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor plumbers and apprentices.
• Provide technical guidance and quality oversight.
• Take increasing responsibility for day-to-day management and growth.
