Job description

Master Plumber

Atlas Home Improvement is seeking a Licensed Master Plumber to join our team. If you are self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and excel at customer satisfaction, we would love to meet you! This is a full-time, W2 position.

Master Plumber Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the installation of bath and shower system fixtures in accordance with plumbing codes.
2. Train and develop installers for plumbing fixture installations.
3. Manage customer interactions during installation, troubleshoot service calls, identify issues, and demonstrate repairs or alterations upon completion.
4. Update the Production Manager on job statuses.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay of $38 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Hiring bonus of $5,000.

• Annual salary approximately $79,040+.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, on call.

• Hybrid remote work arrangement.
