1. Leading, Guiding, and Growing our Plumbing Division
2. Building and leading a high-performance team of plumbers
3. Training, mentoring, and guiding current plumbers and new technicians
4. Selling plumbing work on current jobs and new business
5. Developing strategy for growing our plumbing business in this market
6. Communicating to and training other departments on our plumbing offering and the importance of it
7. Drive a Culture of Accountability & Winning
