Key Responsibilities:

Leading, Guiding, and Growing our Plumbing Division

• Building and leading a high-performance team of plumbers
• Training, mentoring, and guiding current plumbers and new technicians
• Selling plumbing work on current jobs and new business
• Developing strategies to grow our plumbing business in this market
• Communicating with and training other departments on our plumbing offerings and their importance
