Job description

Atlas Home Improvement is seeking a Licensed Master Plumber to join our team. If you are self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and excel in customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time, W2 position.

Master Plumber Responsibilities:

1. Oversee installation of bath and shower fixtures according to plumbing codes.
2. Train and develop installers for plumbing fixture installation.
3. Manage customer interactions during installation, troubleshoot service calls, and ensure proper testing and demonstrations.
4. Update Production Manager on job statuses.

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting at $38/hour, based on experience.
• Hiring bonus of $5,000.
• Full-time W2 employment with benefits including a company truck, gas card, 401K, insurance, and paid time off.
• Additional benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and flexible spending account.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Current Master Plumber License.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• Must pass background checks and be willing to relocate to Whitmore Lake, MI.

Job Details:

• Full-time employment with an annual salary of approximately $79,040.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, on call.
• Supplemental pay includes overtime, retention bonus.
• Work location: Hybrid remote in Whitmore Lake, MI.
