Master Plumber

Atlas Home Improvement is seeking a Licensed Master Plumber to join our team. If you are self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you! This is a full-time, W2 position.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the installation of bath and shower fixtures according to plumbing codes.
2. Train and develop installers for plumbing fixture installation.
3. Manage customer interactions during installations, troubleshoot service calls, identify issues, and demonstrate repairs upon completion.
4. Update the Production Manager on job statuses.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay of $38+ per hour, based on experience.
• Hiring bonus of $5,000.
• Full-time W2 employment with benefits including a company truck, gas card, 401(k), short/long-term disability, life insurance, medical/dental/vision insurance (partially paid by the company after 60 days), paid time off, and a referral program.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Current Master Plumber License.

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-call
