Job description

Master Plumber

Atlas Home Improvement is seeking a Licensed Master Plumber to join our team. If you are a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you! This is a full-time, W2 position.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the installation of bath and shower system fixtures in compliance with plumbing codes.
2. Train and develop installers for plumbing fixture installation.
3. Manage customer interactions during installations, troubleshoot service calls through effective communication, identify issues, address incorrect installations, and demonstrate repairs or alterations upon completion.
4. Update the Production Manager on the status of various jobs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay of $38 per hour, based on experience.
• Hiring bonus of $5,000.
• Annual salary approximately $79,040+.
