Master Plumber

Atlas Home Improvement is seeking a Licensed Master Plumber to join our team. If you are a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a customer-focused personality, we would love to meet you! This is a full-time, W2 position.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the installation of bath and shower system fixtures in accordance with plumbing codes.
2. Train and develop installers for plumbing fixture installation.
3. Manage customer interactions during installations, troubleshoot service calls, identify issues, and demonstrate repairs/alterations upon completion.
4. Update the Production Manager on job statuses.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay of $38 per hour, based on experience.
• Hiring bonus of $5,000.
• Annual salary approximately $79,040+.
• Benefits include 401(k), company truck with gas card, health/dental/vision insurance (partial paid), short/long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, and a referral program.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with on-call hours.

Knowledge, Skills, & Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License.
