Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Manager, Master Planning in Fort Smith to lead end-to-end production and materials planning. You will own the master production plan, balance demand with capacity, and guide the planning team to optimize service, cost, and inventory.

Responsibilities include driving S&OP/IBP processes, coordinating with plant, supply chain, and commercial teams, and delivering data-driven planning improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in production planning / master planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in beverage, food, CPG, or regulated manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring planners or schedulers.
• Strong understanding of MRP, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar) and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Integrated Production & Capacity Planning: Own the master production plan for the facility and develop short-, mid-, and long-range plans.
• Materials & Inventory Planning: Direct raw, packaging, and indirect material planning and manage inventory targets.
• Scheduling & Execution Support: Oversee detailed production scheduling and coordinate with operations.
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor the Materials Planners and Production Scheduler.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Interface with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance and Operations.
• Performance Management & Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs and drive planning system improvements.
