GUD Community Management is seeking an HOA General Manager for a master-planned community in San Tan Valley, AZ. The GM executes Board policy, oversees finances, facilities, and staff, and represents the Association to residents, vendors, and local authorities.

The role requires governance experience, managing multiple vendors, and strong regulatory knowledge, with evening meetings and after-hours availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting to and working with an elected board.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary staff and multiple contracted vendors.
• Arizona license or certification for CAM, or ability to obtain.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Advise the Board; prepare agendas, reports, packets, and recommendations.
• Develop multi-year strategic and operating plans and budgets.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax filings, and internal controls.
• Coordinate reserve studies and funding for amenities.
• Oversee facilities, amenities, rentals, and safety programs.
• Manage vendor contracts and competitive bidding.
