GYMGUYZ Rhode Island is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile personal trainers, delivering results at clients’ homes, offices, and community spaces. You will drive training quality, client outcomes, and community engagement.

The role emphasizes leadership, motivation, and impact, with growth opportunities and a flexible, full-time schedule. Certification, CPR/AED, and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with an accredited organization (NCCA, DEAC, NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Sales and field marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ's core values in every interaction.

Compensation: $35 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
