Job summary

GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Master Trainer to lead mobile fitness teams and mentor other trainers across homes, offices, and community spaces.

You will drive client results, shape local fitness culture, and manage assessments, program design, and training quality while supporting sales goals and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Master Trainer

Compensation: $35-$50/hr (commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
