Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with applicable credentials.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to achieve client results and mentor others.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.

Master Trainer

Compensation: $50 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
