Job summary

GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of trainers, conduct assessments, and design engaging training sessions. You’ll oversee client success metrics, support sales goals, and drive local marketing initiatives to grow the trainer network.

As a certified pro with leadership experience, you will mentor others, deliver results, and shape fitness in the community while thriving in a flexible, mobile training model that brings workouts to clients’ homes and offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Certified Personal Trainer credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Master Trainer

Compensation: $35 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Schedule: Flexible - full-time preferred

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)


• CPR/AED certified (required)


• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience

• Sales and field marketing experience preferred


• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
