GYMGUYZ Eastside & South King County is hiring a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of trainers, delivering mobile fitness services to clients at homes, offices, and community spaces.

You’ll conduct assessments, design sessions, drive client results, and contribute to local growth, with a flexible full-time schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with an accredited program (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven track record of guiding client results and mentoring teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivation skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement.

What You Bring
