GYMGUYZ Ventura County is seeking a dynamic Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers across client sites in Thousand Oaks. You’ll mentor trainers, drive client results, and shape fitness programs with leadership and accountability.

As a certified pro with a strong track record in leadership, you’ll oversee assessments, design sessions, and help grow a local team through coaching, onboarding, and ongoing development—while championing DRIVE values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent DRIVE values in every interaction.
