GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile trainers, delivering personal training at clients' homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor other trainers, drive results, and shape fitness in your community.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized certs (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years in personal training and leadership.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and drive client results.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent DRIVE values in every interaction.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
