GYMGUYZ Greater Memphis is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile trainers. You will conduct initial assessments, design individual and small-group sessions, and oversee client success metrics to ensure top results.

In this role you’ll drive local marketing, support sales goals, and develop your team through workshops and ongoing training. A leadership mindset, energy, and commitment to excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with an approved organization (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
