Job summary

GYMGUYZ seeks a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile fitness professionals delivering client-centered sessions in homes, offices, and community spaces. You will coach, assess, and evolve training programs to maximize client outcomes while expanding the local trainer network.

You are a certified trainer with leadership experience, strong communication, and a drive to advance within a flexible schedule-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer required and CPR/AED certification mandatory.
• Minimum 3+ years in personal training with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of guiding client results and mentoring staff.
• Excellent communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales or field marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver outstanding results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Monitor client success metrics and maintain training quality.
• Support sales goals with leadership and outreach.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
