GYMGUYZ seeks a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers delivering in-home, office, and community sessions. You will mentor staff, drive client outcomes, and shape the fitness program in your market.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national accrediting body (NCCA, DEAC, NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years in personal training and leadership roles.
• Proven track record of client results and mentoring teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Monitor client success metrics and maintain training quality.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.

What You Bring
