Job summary

GYMGUYZ Greater Memphis is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile personal trainers, delivering exceptional results for clients in homes, offices, and community spaces.

You will conduct assessments, design personalized sessions, drive client success metrics, and contribute to local marketing while upholding DRIVE values. Certification and leadership experience required; a flexible schedule and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
