Job summary

GYMGUYZ is expanding its Master Trainer team. As Master Trainer you will lead and mentor a group of personal trainers while delivering high-quality training to clients at client locations and beyond.

You’ll conduct assessments, design sessions, drive client results, support sales, and develop staff. The role offers leadership growth, ongoing development, and a dynamic, flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with leadership and mentoring abilities.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in achieving client results and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and maintain training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Master Trainer

Compensation: $40 - $50/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred
