GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers, delivering exceptional results for clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. You will conduct initial assessments, design personalized sessions, and monitor client success metrics to ensure high-quality training programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, motivation, and impact, with opportunities to advance within the network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ's DRIVE values in every interaction.
