GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer in Virginia to lead and mentor a team of trainers, deliver assessments, and craft customized programs for clients at homes, offices, and community spaces.

The role emphasizes leadership, client results, and growth within a national mobile fitness network. CPR/AED certification and 3+ years of leadership in training are preferred, with flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accreditation from a national body.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to mentor trainers and drive client results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Master Trainer

Compensation: $35-$50 (Commensurate with experience)

Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
