Job summary

GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers, mentor peers, and drive client results across homes, offices, and community spaces. You’ll conduct initial assessments, design and lead training sessions, track client progress, support local marketing, and embody the DRIVE values in every interaction.

Compensation is $35–$40 per hour with performance bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
