OU Health seeks a Data Integrity Specialist - HIM to ensure patient identity accuracy across the Master Patient Index and Epic EMR. You will coordinate with clinical, registration, billing, and IT teams to resolve data issues and support population health initiatives.

Required RHIA certification within 9 months and strong attention to detail. Remote eligibility applies for residing in AR, KS, MO, OK, or TX with full-time availability.

Qualifications

• RHIA certification required to be obtained within 9 months from start date.
• Level 1 requires HS diploma; Level 2 requires an Associate degree and 3 years experience.
• Experience with MPI, EPIC, and data governance is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Researches, validates, and resolves patient identity discrepancies within the MPI.
• Executes merges and non-merges per documented logic and source-system rules.
• Coordinates with clinical, registration, billing, IT to resolve data integrity issues.
