Qualifications

• High-volume bar experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
• California RBS Certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and servers for table delivery.
• Take beverage and food orders at the bar.
• Describe menu items and suggest products to customers.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits.
• Ensure liquor, beer and wine are stored securely.
• Assist in recipe batching and garnishes preparation.
• Operate a cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and assist other staff as needed.
• Participate in deep cleaning of the outlet.
