Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Proficient with MS Office and maintenance software.
• Able to operate a forklift and related lift equipment.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance foremen and shift activities.
• Establish departmental procedures and enforce policies.
• Interpret directives and engineering drawings for the team.
• Coordinate cross‑plant work to promote cooperation.
• Plan complex production processes and equipment improvements.
• Monitor project time, costs, and resource usage.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Represent the company to vendors and external contacts.
• Report to Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
