Master Level Supervisor
The Master Level Supervisor will oversee the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT) in Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex and Union counties. The team will consist of Peer Support Specialists & Bachelor’s Level Crisis Counselors. This position involves progress note review, crisis response decision making, technical assistance provision, and continuous staff development.
MCORT provides 24/7 mobile community outreach services to adults in crisis, including mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergencies. Calls are dispatched through the 988 Suicide Crisis Lifeline Call Center. Mobile Crisis Outreach Teams will be available to help individuals de-escalate their crisis and access needed resources.
Full Time | 40 hours per week | Benefit Eligible (Medical, free DMO dental & free vision) including PTO & 11 Holidays
Hourly Rate: $33.65
