The Sheridan Group is seeking a Master Inkjet Technician in Enfield, NH. This role focuses on maintenance, repairs and training of Ink Jet systems, with a $1,000 hiring bonus. You will lead troubleshooting, document maintenance, and support production across shifts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, hands-on finishing machinery experience, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and proven problem-solving and communication abilities. Overtime may be required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• Experience in Printing, specifically Finishing operations.
• Good working knowledge of Finishing Department machinery.
• Ability to become proficient with the organization’s operating system with training.
• Proven organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven mechanical ability.
• Proven electrical skills.
• Proven troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills and basic math skills.
• Ability to work overtime and maintain good attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and log all periodic maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair all ink jet heads.
• Log history of repairs and PMs; maintain logbooks for each machine.
• Provide training for all shifts on ink jet application and print/label equipment.
• Test and qualify materials and supplies.
• Build templates as needed.
• Manage fluid inventory and pass orders to purchaser.
• Be available by phone for troubleshooting and on-site calls when needed.
• Prepare step-by-step setup, use, and troubleshooting documentation for inkjet units and controllers; update as needed.
• Train backups for both 1st and 2nd shifts and keep them updated.
• Demonstrate good housekeeping and safety practices; support company values.
• Perform other duties including assisting and operating on production line as required.
