Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• Experience in Printing, Finishing operations required.
• Proficiency with finishing department machinery.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and log PMs.
• Troubleshoot and repair all ink jet heads.
• Maintain repair history logs and machine logs.
• Provide training across shifts on ink jet equipment.
• Test and qualify materials and supplies.
• Prepare setup, operation, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Train backups for 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Support safety policies and housekeeping.
• Operate on production line as needed.
