Qualifications

Three years of experience or training in building construction trades, building maintenance, or repair of mechanical equipment.
Completion of a two-year vocational program in construction or engineering with related experience.
Twelve semester hours in construction management or engineering plus related experience.

Responsibilities

50%: Perform preventative maintenance tasks like replacing filters and belts, cleaning coils, lubricating bearings, and clearing condensate lines.
25%: Perform HVAC repairs under supervision, ensuring safety and adherence to university standards.
15%: Conduct routine inspections and identify worn parts, leaks, or abnormal operation.
10%: Take on other duties including emergency work as assigned.
